Environmentally friendly construction

Greener and more environmentally friendly

As we do not use steel, iron or Portland cement in construction, we produce 75 to 85 % less CO2 . As we do not use steel-supported walls or other forms, we have up to 0% waste after completion of the project.

CO2 emission

The second most used material on our planet is cement (water is number 1). In 2018, 4 billion tons of cement were produced. For every ton of cement produced, 0.75 to 0.85 tons of CO2 are released into our atmosphere. That was a total of 3.2 billion tons of CO2 in 2018. The production of Portland cement corresponds to the CO2 emissions of approx. 581 million cars. This includes all cars in Europe, America and China. We would need around 105,218 square kilometers of forest to convert this amount of CO2 back into oxygen. That would be 1 ½ times the size of Ireland.

Economic cycle

If we want to build comfortable, modern and durable cities and infrastructure for the next generation while protecting and preserving our planet, then we MUST use these technologies.

BUILD, USE and RECYCLE

This means moving away from the conventional construction method of “destroy, build and dispose of resources”, which moves linearly in a destructive direction, towards an economic cycle of “BUILD, USE and RECYCLE”.

Geopolymer

Geopolymer is HIGH PERFORMANCE with LOW IMPACT on our environment.
